There are at least two bird eggs (one in a wine glass the other just right of the bird in a bottle)
This may be a stretch but farther to the right is a wine glass in a puddle, the round base of the wine glass in the puddle makes me think of an egg sunny side up (OK OK that is a stretch) but then there is also this stork like creature next to the bike! um um ahhhh is somebody pregnant?
TIME FOR NERDY QUESTIONS
what kind of ink and paper do you use? what are your drawing implements of choice brush, dip crow quill nib, or India ink marker? Do you make thumbnails ruffs sketches? Do you do a sketch in pencil on the final paper, do you use a light box?
Have you ever seen the “The Curious Sofa: A Pornographic Work by Ogdred Weary” ?
Thank you for your approval! I use stiff paper, 300 gram, and indian ink pen. I make sketches first, usually around six or seven, before I do the final drawings. I use a long time on the sketches, about 1-2 weeks. I do not use lightboard. First I draw the rooms with pencil, then I draw the people on a thin transparent paper on top of the finished drawing. When I am satisfied with them, I cut these out and transfer them to the final drawing. The worst part is drawing with pen. One single mistake will ruin everything. Usually the drawing takes all in all nearly two months. But it is worth it:) I am not familiar with the work you mentioned, but I will check it out. Thank you!
